Changed my life for the better. Thank you Mark
I believe you need to read this book. I have struggled with weight issues all my adult life and since reading this and Primal Endurance. My weight has been coming down steadily and I don't feel like I am even dieting or missing out on anything. Thank you Mark for making my life better.
P.S. you need to be ready with in your self to make the changes in this book as it flies in the face of mist modern doctrine.

Everyone interested in health, read this book!
Great book. must get for everyone interested in health or living a healthier lifestyle. it can also be read by athletes or anyone sick of the conventional wisdom of the modern fitness industry
