Blown Away with all the Facts

I was Blown Away with all the Facts that Dr Catherine is telling. Its all clear to me now the importance of eating right and cutting my vege oils and sugar before finishing the book. I'm on 1 week now and reduce 2kls already. Thank you. Shared it with my friends and relatives

Life changing and life saving

Words can not describe the life saving and life changing affect this book has had for me

I’m 51 years old and all my friends would tell you that I am super fit and super healthy and yet my health has been up-and-down all my life

And given how much effort I put into my health it gets me down and has made me confused as I tried everything

Everything but the nutrition which First recommended to me by a friend

Once I read the book I immediately put everything into practice for me there was no looking back and there is no compromise. As Dr Cate says… I’m that person in my group of friends lol

But here’s the thing. Since the day I started deep nutrition my health has been even. No ups and downs. And every day something new improves. At first it was the big things like my migraines and my headaches and my shooting pains disappearing. Then I noticed the brain fog and brain static disappear. I noticed that my energy and my moods became steady and calm

there were no peaks and troughs in my energy throughout the day any more little own, I was no longer sick one day and getting by the next

My 12-year-old boy says mummy no longer says I’m sick darling and I have a headache

Best of all I can eat the most glorious foods raw cream in my coffee full fat raw milk cheese marinated chicken wings tasty Bolognese sauce, fermented sourdough with cultured butter,

This plan has even reduced my sleepwalking and my night terrors. The scary constant pain behind my left eye has totally gone. My skin is softer. Even the souls of my feet are soft.

I live in the tropics and my skin has started to go golden brown and I don’t burn as fast. My pigmentation is reducing

I’m healing faster!

Bare in mind I have gone the full Monty

My sleeping is better. And oh my goodness my hair is getting thicker and my hairline is all coming back post menopause

My body shape is transforming from good to quite frankly shockingly good with my friends asking what the hell are you doing and I told them I’m eating all the fat and all the yummy things

My constipation is clearing up. If that’s a problem for you read Doctor cates article on functional constipation

Lastly even though I haven’t listed all the benefits after about four weeks all my hunger and my food cravings that seemed constant before deep nutrition completely disappeared. I don’t crave any particular foods any more definitely not sugar. It’s just three delicious meals a day that completely fill me up

I enjoy training pretty hard and I’m a dancer and so some days I eat 4-5 meals because my body can sustain it

And still with a super high fat diet of all organic meat and raw dairy and fresh vegetables and incorporating organ meats I lost 3 kg of body fat in no time and my muscle tone is better than ever

Honestly I want to run through the hills thinking about this book

eye opening

I have several books on this subject and found this one a great summary on the subject. It explains what is important for us to maximise our ability to manage our own health.

LIFE SAVING

A vigorous and detailed analysis of nutrition, this book is excellent for an individual who enjoys the experience of learning as well as having a thirst for answers. This book gave a holistic insight into eating.

Food has never been so simple, cheap and nutritious.

Read this book for a good understanding of your food. Make sure you have a basic understand in nutrition so that you may understand where controversies have arised in the food industry! the information will make more sense once you do this :)

Comprehensive

So much depth. Thoroughly researched and a really balanced long term approach to eating for the rest of your life. Her approach is actually not that hard because you can still eat all the good stuff.

The only criticisms would be possibly the editors fault- take out the cheesy references to Hollywood celebrities and ‘beautiful people’ and ‘making beautiful babies’ in the early couple of chapters, I found it cringe worthy.

Stay with it though- Catherine has done a brilliant job and really makes up for it with the rest of the book.

What an informative and eye opening book!

Def worth another listen to imprint the golden rules in my diet! So eye opening ans informative! I had so many things wrong! Thank you Catherine!!
