Excellent!!
Master Your Emotions focuses almost exclusively on negative emotions. In my opinion, this book is ideally suited for people struggling to better understand themselves and the people in their lives. Negative emotions are a call to action, and can become a gift, a guideline, and a support system if viewed from a rational perspective. That said, this book is otherwise an incisive and straightforward guide to understanding the human ego and many of the core motivations behind emotions.

Save my life. Great book
This book had some useful information, but it is overly repetitive and made far too complicated in its structure and use of acronyms across the different sections. If it were well describe using key points, with the associated homework tasks in the same section, then this would have made it more accessible for the professional and client alike.

A Priceless Gem in the field of clinical treatment
This audiobook helped me better understand my situation. I recently become more aware about my
anxiety disorder and I slowly started to discovered the reason behind it, thanks to the support of my
therapist as well as, I am glad to say, of my best friend.
Thanks to this bundle, I discovered different approaches I could use to improve my condition. Until
last week I only knew something about CBT, but now I have just become aware of other highly
effective therapies, such as dialectical behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy,
and I discovered new potential ways to solve my problems. And all of this in one audiobook: this is
absolutely perfect.
I started listening to ACT book, which I found so interesting. It made me remember that we all deserve
love and need to be kind to ourselves, and help ourselves in any way we can.
I truly recommend this audiobook

Life changing for my partner as well as for me.
My partner purchased this audiobook hoping to get a grip on a life long struggle with Anxiety disorder.
It has been immensely helpful, especially combined with the meetings I am currently having with my
therapist, which actually follows the research-based cognitive behavioral methods outlined in this
book.
Regardless, this audiobook has helped my partner significantly, and as a consequence, my life
improved too. It's an absolutely wonderful investment and probably the best $21 you'll spend this year
for sure.

Three helpful therapies. Highly recommended.
Three helpful therapies. Highly recommended.
Without any exaggerations intended, this book has seriously opened my eyes and gave me so many
insights about my mental health issues. I am 29 years old and I have been suffering from anxiety for
long time now. It is so hard to deal with it, especially when you have a crisis and everything seems so
hard to cope with.
I read several self-help books before, and I was looking for something about cognitive and dialectical
behavioural therapy. After a few days searching on audible, I found this author and I have to say that I
was captured by the description of the book and the reviews this author received also on her previous
books.
On top of it, I also listened the sample before buying it and I really liked Silvia’s voice so much. For
the above reasons, I decided to buy it and to be frank, I consider this goldmine of information, and I
recommend it to anyone.

This book was so beneficial to me. I adored it!
If you also struggle with managing your emotions, and if you are suffering from anxiety, worries, fears,
and depression, then this book is for you.
When my therapist recommended buying it to me, i didn't think it would have actually helped, but
honestly, I was wrong! If you're looking for a sign and a reason to live more in the moment and be in
touch with your feelings, this is it. This audible will change you a lot and improve your life completely.
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is having difficulty coping with bad thought
patterns, especially if you have some delays in seeing a healthcare professional, or finding the right
one for you.

Excellent resource for developing insights and imp
My best friend told me about the book CBT written by this author, and she recommended buying it to
me. But when I realized that the same author created a bundle, then I immediately decided to get it.
Having the opportunity to own a collection of these 3 different therapies in one book is absolutely
great, and I must say that I was not even aware about Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, so I
am really happy I had the chance to discover something new.
I can truly say that I developed great insights thanks to this audiobook. Terrific resource to have on
hand. Thanks to the authors for creating this series of books and reaching so very many people.
