as a behaviour practitoner the ideas and self management techniques etc were very basic for me or surface level. however its good strategies to attempt for grounding, and creating a better wellbeing so if you're experienced in your condition might not get much. I listened to 3 quarters of the book so if you beginning your journey I would listen to this

Great listen for beginners on mental health and ADHD

I found the story bad good tips on how to live successfully with ADHD. It did feel a little repetitive in some instances. But all in all a good listen.

It's disappointing that this book is so focused on women. it's a great book and the author is clearly an expert but it's the title of the book should be "Self-care for women with ADHD' instead of it's current title. I feel like asking for my credit back from Amazon because I feel like title was quiet misleading and from what I read before purchasing did not suggest anything about the focus on women's ADHD issues only. Perhaps I missed something.

Very focused on women's issues with ADHD
