Overall good podcast but brand affiliation warning

Overall this podcast is informative and provide well balance views. Just a word of warning that the author appears to be affiliated with a brand of olive oil which she promotes in the podcast by stating the name subtly once. I find this disappointing given that the podcast purpot to provide scientific views and the affiliation with the brand is not made clear, unless I am mistaken. Unfortunately, this made me doubt whether her advice was genuine or interested.

Really interesting and informative

Love the way the information is delivered, in an easy to understand but still very much science backed manner. Lots of lightbulb moments that made a lot of sense and put some grey areas that I was unsure about firmly into a good or not category, so I will be re-listening and taking notes. Great series!

absolutely loved

Very interesting content and narrated perfectly.
It has done a great job keeping me alert on nightshifts and I have implemented some new eating habits already

Really enjoyed this and now inspired

I've read other books, and watched docos on gut health. This book had the latest info, and it was fun and interesting. I felt re-inspired to sort out my food after listening. I listened to one chapter each time I went out for a walk. Well read, and really helpful. Thanks for the great book!

Very Interesting and Informative

Full of interesting facts that are relevant to us all. The language Joanna uses is easily understood by non-medical people. I absolutely loved it and look forward to Joanna's next audiobook.
