Essential listening
Dr McMillan presents a plethora of information, without weighing you down. She gives clear, concise summaries of current research in human nutrition and explanations of human biochemistry, Essential listening for anyone interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle ... I'll probably be listening a second time, and I'll definitely be listening to her other audiobooks.
