Webinar: Organisational Learning Ecosystem

  • Summary

  • A copy of our webinar held on the 21st November on the aboce topic. In the seminar we discussed three topics:

    1. The changing corporate learning ecosystems landscape
    2. The role of corporate learning ecosystems
    3. Linking continuous learning to competitiveness and organisational renewal - in the context of the Corporation of the Future.

We were also delighted to include a view of organisational learning perspectives around a culture of ESG, in particular Gender Equality through a presntation given by Ms Julia Mason, Julia is Non-Executive Director and co-founder of Equity JV whose goal is to amplify the growing body of research, knowledge and product solutions to address gender inequity.

This webinar was designed to lay the foundation for our next webinar, to be held on the 13th February, 2024. That is effectively a sequel to this event and will be held on the topic of Establishing a Learning Eco-System in your Corporation,
