    You will see that our approaches and our views on emotional eating are very similar: like myself, Olga dives deep into understanding the underlying reasons for binge-eating and helps her clients solve them.

    Binge-eating is a widespread phenomenon, with at least 2% of the population suffering from it. This means that every one of us has at least one person in our circle who, at some point in their life, suffers from a binge-eating disorder.
