    🚫 It's also NOT what some top models weigh.
    🚫 And it's NOT the lowest number in your BMI's 'healthy' range.

    What is your ideal weight?

    ✔️ It is the number on a scale you reach when you stop eating emotionally.
    ✔️ It's the number you see on a scale consistently when you do not have to diet or exercise to maintain it because maintenance is a no-brainer.
    ✔️ It's that number you see on a scale when you've 100% nailed solving problems and dealing with your life challenges, not using food to cope.
