Lessons for the Ages

I will be honest I wasnt sure at the start this book was what i thought it to be, but given 15-20 min in I couldnt stop listening. so many of lifes valuable lessons i only wish I had learnt many years ago but the best part is that its never to late. I will be reviewing this book again and again. thank you so much for putting together such an vast erray of knowlegde in one easy to listen to and comprehend audio.

Realistic and insighful

I already knew that self discipline was a weakness of mine, but I didn't really know how to improve it. I love the ideas given in this book on how to make small changes that matter and it feels completely realistic and therefore achievable. It was also great to get an understanding of why I struggle in this area.
