Publisher's Summary

Do you feel like you’re no longer the person you used to be? Do you feel like all your beautiful traits have been stripped away? Are you struggling to distinguish what is real and what is not?

Chances are you’ve been strategically trauma bonded to a narcissist for quite some time, living in a false reality.

Some people are known to possess narcissistic qualities, but this is entirely different from what a true narcissist is. A true narcissist is a master at lying, phenomenal at deception, and incredibly talented at curating codependent victims. They are powerful. Because a narcissist is generally slow and consistent in his or her approach, they are masters at tearing down other people to the point that the other person develops an addiction to the narcissist.

This audiobook will educate you on complex topics, featuring:

  • Narcissism
  • Narcissistic personality disorder
  • Traits of the narcissist
  • Signs and symptoms of narcissistic abuse
  • Creation of the narcissist
  • False self and true self
  • Characteristics of a narcissists target (victim)
  • The cycles of abuse
  • Long-term damage to the victim
  • How to heal your sense of self
  • Strategies to safely escape the narcissist and prevent relapse
  • Narcissists manipulation tactics terminology
  • And plenty more

This audiobook will provide you with great value and insight on everything you are going through and what you need to do next. If you are still in the relationship, this will support you in the process of beginning to demystify everything that has been going on and recognizing the reality of what you are experiencing. As you will learn, this is an essential part of breaking free from the relationship and healing.

Editting needs a major overall

Mixed bag with this and I really need to stop buying books that are so short. The content of this had some great points that I'd previously not heard of however they skimmed them, then repeated them and you never got into detail. The editting was shocking. Wrong chapter numbers quoted. Multiple sentences repeated directly after one another. At first I thought 'Is this for dramatic effect?', but no. Chapter 9 (if I recall), had at least 5 of these in 10-minute period. Very disjointing and the errors made me start questioning the validity of the authors knowledge in general. Was the poor production evidence of poor knowledge base. Could be so much more but not worth my monthly spend.
