the content of this book was detailed practical and highly useful for a person wanting to rebuild after a Narcisistic relationship
unfortunately the fast reading of the book without appropriate and necessary stops and change of pace when a segment of information waa given meant the listening creared a feeling of anxiety and distress .
in future i will purchase the books in paper back.

I absolutely loved the reflection questions at the end of each chapter. I am going to listen again with pen and paper. Very helpful to remind myself not to get sucked back into the narcissistic manipulation.
