    Whether you're having a difficult pregnancy, exhausted in the newborn phase, or juggling work and family... some seasons are just more difficult to keep up with your self care and exercise routine! As a mom of 3, trust me, I've been through many of these tough seasons that have me doing the bear minimum in my workouts and nutrition.
