  • One question I get asked a lot is: "how long will it be before I start seeing results". It is one of the number one questions and I get it, that is why a lot of us start, right? I want to help answer that question especially for those starting out, so you can adjust your expectations etc, but also for those that have been in the game a while. This is a good reminder of what "results" mean to you. I have you first figure out your "why", and if that is strong enough, you will see results!
