A Useful Introduction

I appreciate the kind tone and no-nonsense approach. The knowledge that depression is actually a normal and biologically useful emotion, that can be managed rather than just increasing drug dosage to mask the feelings.
I have bookmarked the rest of the series and intend working on the advice from each podcast at the rate of 1 a week.
My aim this week is to add 1 piece of fruit and at least 1 serve of veg per day, and to swap 1 hour of TV before bed, with writing down the next days plan , and maybe do a few minutes of land based Ai Chi to calm my mind before bed. Thanks Dr Tim
