Empowering Entrepreneur | Sarah The Founder of Hot Mess Body

  • Summary

  • In this episode I chat with Sarah all about what it's like to have a hobby at 20yo and for it to become a full time business now almost 7 years later with staff and a warehouse. She loves to create awareness all about self care and self love through her beautiful homemade products made from scratch - bath bombs, shower steamers, body scrubs and more!

We talk about gut instinct, and all the things about what it's like to work in and work on a small business. Sarah is honest about her journey experiencing life as a teenager not knowing who she was, she was a bit lost. She also shares with us her experience with anxiety and panic attacks. Hot Mess Body was the first business in Australia to be offered a space in a program for a small business to create a pathway to grow and succeed into a retail store. Hot Mess Body had a retail shop at Stocklands Shellharbour for 12 months.
