  • Emotion regulation is learning how to handle our feelings when dealing with different situations every day. Today, we talk about controlling our emotions and thinking before we react. We can’t always know how others feel, and they can’t always know how we feel. Understanding our feelings is the first step to sharing them with others. By being aware of our feelings, we can understand ourselves better and talk to others more effectively. Additionally, thinking about others’ feelings can help us have better conversations. Emotion regulation takes time and practice, but it can help us have better relationships and understand ourselves more.
