One of the most profound books since Loren Cordain’s The Paleo Diet

As a life long student passionate about complementary medicine, this has been the most profound book I’ve read/listened to on the subject since reading Loren Cordain’s work in 2011. I’ll definitely be pleading with all of my loved ones to take a read. I’ve also started taking the perfect aminos and noticing the changes. Dr Minkoff is one incredible human!
