Another joy from Heyer

Great story very well narrated. Our unassuming hero triumphs and his heart throb cousin, Gideon, should be the hero of his own book.

An excellent production

I haven’t read this particular Georgette Heyer book for years. I have most of the original recorded versions and I was wary of this updated version. I was delighted to find such an excellent reader with each character given a distinct voice. The pace was just right and I can thoroughly recommend it. Now I have dipped my toe in the water maybe I will try more new versions of my favourites, especially if Peter Noble is reading them
