Awesome Information, I’m Rebooting Today!

Just finished book and it makes the Reboot process so easy to understand and follow. It explained all the details of how to prepare for, plan, set up, execute, and follow through with healthier nutrition through juicing. Lots of great resources sited. Definitely will keep as a reference in my collection and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to reboot their health.

Interesting recipes

. My other good friend from church lost 25 pounds and is no longer on insulin. Her husband is also diabetic but is currently following Dr. Fung's advice and losing weight with the expectation off going off insulin.

Buy this if you're serious about losing weight


This book is great but has a few errors. So far I've done 30 day reboot and lost 22 lbs. That's without exercise. I like how the book has plans and a shopping list. It also takes about 2 hours to juice for an entire day. It's definitely worth it though. I just had a baby and I work 2 jobs and this helped me lose the pregnancy weight. I would recommend this book.

Highly recommended

This is a beautiful, helpful cookbook. I had never had it before. The nutrition information makes it easy, as well as the whole plate concept. Mashed veggies with parsnips, squash and carrots was so satisfying. Highly recommended

Love this book!! Great recipes! I love that there


Love this book!! Great recipes! I love that there is so much variety and background in each section. I almost didn't buy the book because of some reviews here saying that it was religious and preachy. I'm sensitive to that, but truly there was nothing in there like that. Not sure the reviewers got their ideas on that, but the two authors seem like nice people who probably go to church. Not a problem.

The value of fiber in life.

Like my title suggests, this book is very detailed! The recipes are so simple my 4 year old daughter can make a tasty smoothie in no time (I wouldn't suggest it though).

Easy explanations, easier recipes


All the recipes here have adequate inform shook, like yield, calories per serve and of course the recipes. They are sensible in recommending alternatives to ingredients and basically take the halo away from market made smoothies.

I really liked learning

I really liked learning all the different health benefits of your possible smoothie ingredients. There’s info on how to choose a decent blender and shop for fruit. There are even smoothie cleanse menus! I’ve heard of juicing your way to a healthier you – so now there’s a smoothie version. Thanks to this book, I definitely see more smoothies in my future.

Amazing


Most of the recipes are made with ingredients you might normally have on hand and are fairly simple to make. This book also gives you a good idea of what proportions to use when making your own recipes. I've tried several fruit recipes and they are good.
