    If the scale doesn’t go down when I think it should what does that mean to me?
    • Is that thought serving me?
    •If I could choose a thought that made me feel empowered and excited about what I’m doing for my health, what would it be?
    •How do you feel when you think this thought?

    If the scale could weigh how good you feel with the new habits you’ve been focusing on-what would you weigh?

    If the scale could weigh all of the nourishing foods you’ve been eating- how much would you weigh?

    If the scale could weigh how much longer you’ll have on earth loving your family because you finally prioritized your health-how much would you weigh?

    If the scale could weigh how much love you have in your heart for yourself as you care for yourself with a higher regard- how much would you weigh?

    Do you like those numbers?

    What do you like or don’t like about the numbers listed?

    What could you do to keep the numbers you like?
    And what could you do to make the numbers you don’t like better?

  • When No One is Supporting You

    Often times when we create goals for ourselves, we create them with a sense of expectation for others.
    We assume that the people we love or show up for, will be in our corner cheering us on and helping us get the victory.

    While it’s nice to have support- we can’t make our decisions based on having it or not having it.
    Support is a thought situation.
    There’s times when people may have been giving their all to you- but you didn’t THINK it was helpful enough. (A thought)
    Since support is a thought situation and we have the power to make support what we want it to be- then what if you didn’t need support?

    I want to help you examine your thoughts in this scenario because as women and moms, we support people!
    It’s quite natural for us, actually.

    So because of that we can have an innate desire to also want that support.
    But what if wanting support is keeping you from becoming who you want to be?

    Thought work:

    If I don’t do this, then what?
    Be honest with yourself as you answer this question.
    Lay it all out on the notepad. What happens if you don’t do this? What happens if you don’t get healthy? What happens if you don’t take that new position?

    Be real with yourself about what you want in this life, you raise the stakes!

    What is it going to require of me to do this?
    Don’t be afraid to go here with yourself.
    Once you’re able to see what this will entail, you’re able to position your mind to
    become that support you’re searching for.
