• Mushrooms, Meltdowns & Sacred Alchemy #9
    Jul 27 2025

Hi cutie pies! Today I hit record just after a full-blown meltdown. Complete with a handful of F-bombs and an entire pint of Cold Stone Creamery ice cream (coffee flavor + oreo cookie dough fudge and almonds duh). Because this is the journey too. From there, I dive deep into the transformative magic of devotional repetition—how intentionally repeating sacred phrases, actions, practices and ways of being can and has reshaped my life in unimaginable ways.

I explore the metaphor-rich world of microdosing mushrooms as a guide, especially when paired with intentional rituals and nervous system rewiring practices. I share personal protocols, how I cleanse the channel to hear my deepest truth, and what it means to let your inner knowing lead the way.

And then there’s the forest. 700 women. And a profound remembering: wealth is multidimensional, and true joy lives within the eternal, untouchable Summer of our Being, not in the material things that one second bring us happiness and the next bring us pain (ie new car HAPPY! new car scratched NOT HAPPY!). This episode is about imagination as a portal, mushrooms as guides, repetition as pure magic, and alchemy as our birthright.

THANK YOU, for being with me on this wild path of tantrums, transmissions, breakthroughs and all! MWAH!

  • Breakdown to Breakthrough: Nervous System Healing in Real Time #8
    Jul 11 2025

In this episode I share from the eye of the storm—smack in the middle of a breakdown that’s becoming a breakthrough. We’ll explore nervous system regulation through the lens of Deb Dana’s book Anchored, and how her teachings are landing in my lived experience in powerful and practical ways. I talk about how pushing forward from a state of panic only plants seeds of more chaos, and how choosing to slow down, root in safety, and respond differently begins to change the whole story. I open up about how old, protective neural pathways have quietly kept me stuck—how hidden triggers often arise in the mundane—and how I’ve begun to meet them with curiosity, compassion, and new choices. I share three foundational stepping stones that are guiding me toward a more present and embodied life:

    1. Creating a safe internal and external environment to help cue my system back into the safety of the moment. 2. Deepening connection with my inner voice—the knowing within that speaks with the voice of Source, Unity, Love.

    3. Using my senses as a gateway to return to the here and now, anchoring through what I see, smell, feel, hear, and say.

And most importantly, I speak to the power of intentional self talk—using my own voice with deep conviction and emotion to declare the reality I am choosing:

“I am safe. Safe to move slow. Safe to be in my body. Safe to be all the way here now. I embody the wisdom of the ages.”

This episode is about nervous system healing that doesn’t come through grand catharsis, but through consistent, sacred repetition in the everyday. Through tea in the sun. Through mindful self-talk. Through remembering again and again: we are not broken—we are coming home.

  • Reclaiming Lost Parts: A Reckoning in the TJ's Parking Lot #7
    Jun 10 2025

This one’s raw. I recorded it sitting in the Trader Joe’s parking lot, feeling more in my body than maybe ever before. I talk about choosing a new way — and I speak from the middle of the reckoning.

When I started the bus project, I was still in fight-or-flight, chasing some shimmering oasis out there so I wouldn’t have to feel what was in here. But pain doesn’t vanish. It waits — like a rubber band around the waist, anchoring us to a moment we’ll ever be able to outrun.

In this moment, I got: wisdom and scars have something in common — they have to be earned. No one can walk the fire for you. This is me, standing in it, choosing to become whole from the inside out.

We are the tuning forks. We are the sound bowls. We embody the frequency of whatever it is we are carrying inside of us — or running from. I’m not looking for a safe place anymore… I am the safe place.

I end this episode with a short soul song — a prayer to reclaim the lost soul parts we’ve scattered along the way.

  • My First Ever Journey Report: A Deep Dive into the Mystery #6
    May 31 2025

In the whirlwind of modern life, my husband Matt and I have learned to make space—sacred space—for the kind of remembering that only comes through deep inner journeying. When things feel sticky, stagnant, or spiraling, we return to the wellspring of connection that lives beneath the noise. Sometimes this portal opens through silence. Other times through rhythm, breath, sex or the support of ancient plant allies. There are an unlimited number of ways we as energetic beings can reach transpersonal states.

This episode is my first journey report—a story shared not as prescription, but as offering. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all healing. Plants are not pills, and healing is not linear. But story? Story is medicine we can all receive.

This is the tale of one deep dive into the mystery. I trust it will land on the ears of the ones who are meant to hear it. And I hope, in some small way, it reminds you: you are not alone.

  • From Freeze to Fire: What My Husband Taught Me About Sex, Safety, and Showing Up #5
    Apr 17 2025

Hiya friend, and welcome back! In this episode of Sex, Drugs, & Sound Bowls, I share a deeply personal aha moment that landed this winter—one that cracked me wide open. What started as an attempt to record a podcast with Matt turned into a powerful reflection on trauma, intimacy, and the freeze response that shows up in so many of our most vulnerable moments.

I speak candidly about how, for years, I couldn’t fully access the realm of sensuality and sexual connection in our marriage—how my body would freeze, how my past held me hostage, and how Matt never made me feel wrong for that. I saw, in his fear of the camera, a mirror of my own journey through healing. This episode is a love letter to the quiet, persistent ways we can hold space for one another and a celebration of the patient, playful, pressure-free invitation Matt extended to me—back to aliveness, back to the land of the living.

This one’s tender, and it’s real. A story of grace, nervous system truths, and the kind of love that doesn’t push, but waits.

  • Eat the Wild: Harmonizing with Spring #4
    Apr 13 2025

    Hi Wildflower!

In this episode, I’m sharing how I’ve been harmonizing with the energy of spring—not through big changes, but by paying attention to what’s growing right at my feet.

Lately, I’ve been practicing eating one wild thing a day—nettles, dandelions, yarrow—plants that are bursting through the earth all around me here in the Pacific Northwest. These wild greens carry something I’ve been craving: deep nourishment, aliveness, connection.

We live in a time where our food has become so sterile and depleted. Our bodies—made of more microbes than human cells—are longing for wildness, for minerals, for something real. And for me, connecting to the land through food has become a way to remember who I am.

I talk about how I’m letting the season guide my sleep, my rhythms, my care—and how tuning into the smaller cycles within the bigger ones has helped me feel more balanced and alive.

These are just the things that are supporting me right now. My hope is that something here might stir something in you—something you can make your own, in your own timing, your own rhythm.

This space is not about fixing or perfecting. It’s about showing up messy, honest, and curious. It’s about grace unfolding in real time.

  • The Power of Story – How to Co-Create with the Universe #3
    Apr 6 2025

Hi sweet souls and welcome back! This is the episode that just might get me excommunicated. Here, I dive into what it means to be a conscious curator of your life—an intentional, mindful author of your reality, weaving together the threads of your experience with intention, mindfulness, and gratitude.

I explore how the stories we tell ourselves about the things we experience—the dramas, as well as the successes—can either bring more suffering or peace. We have the power to choose the narratives we create about our lives. Isn’t that empowering?

I also reflect on how not getting what we want can actually be a gift. As children of the universe, we can never fully see the bigger picture. We often can’t even imagine what the universe has in store for us. Sometimes, the very things we think we need or desire might not be part of the plan, but that doesn’t mean we’re being punished. It could be the universe guiding us toward something far more expansive than we can see in the moment.

The stories we tell ourselves about who we are, our experiences, and our relationship to the world go straight to the core of our being, shaping our sense of connection—or disconnection—with everything around us. These stories form our beliefs, and our beliefs create our reality. But the first story many of us are told—the origin story of humanity, love, God, and our place in it all—is one of sin, punishment, exile, and condemnation. Deep down, many of us carry this feeling of lack, this fear of wrath, and the belief that questioning or stepping outside the lines will lead to punishment. This keeps us small and stuck.

But what if we began to rewrite those stories?

In this episode, I offer a reimagined perspective on the story of Adam and Eve—a view that might get me excommunicated, but one that rings with truth through every cell of my being. This version resonates deeply with my experience of the One, of the Beloved, of universal Source, energy, and love. It invites more compassion and explores how contradiction is the gateway to free will. I believe that a benevolent God was always waiting for us to make the choice that would take us on a journey that would last through the ages—from the illusion of separation back to unity with the One.
