• The Path to Radical Self-Acceptance Starts Here
    Jul 28 2025

We’ve been conditioned to beat ourselves up, judge ourselves, and push ourselves to the limit. “If you're not doing, you're not succeeding” — a belief system so deeply ingrained in humanity that it has us enslaved.

In this constant doing, we've drifted far from our natural state. We've internalized a war with ourselves, shifting into a fear-based way of living.

But what if you could see things through a new lens? What if you could recognize that you are already perfect as you are — and feel that deeply?

Imagine a world where you’re no longer forcing yourself to be something you're not, and instead, simply accepting who you are.

In this solo episode, we’ll explore how these automatic, often critical thoughts are really a reflection of your relationship with yourself. Most people struggle to offer themselves love and compassion. When they look in the mirror, they only see the things they want to change — instead of the living perfection they truly are.

I'm here to tell you: it's time to step into your true essence — with love and compassion.

I’ll guide you through this reflection using analogies inspired by Don Miguel Ruiz’s The Mastery of Love.

This episode is sure to offer you a fresh perspective — both toward yourself and in your relationships with others.

  • "Courage in the Crossfire: A Doctor’s Stand for Children’s Mental Health”
    Jul 21 2025

It’s not every day that you meet someone brave enough to stand against the crowd. Dr. K, head of the ICU at Ottawa Hospital, took a powerful stand during the pandemic — one that prioritized the mental health of children, even when it went against popular opinion.

What followed was horrific: public shaming, intense criticism, and even threats directed at his own family. Yet, knowing in his heart that he was acting in alignment with his values — and for the greater good — he stood firm, supported by a strong and courageous community, even as his professional reputation hung in the balance.

After enduring the darkest and most isolating period of his life, Dr. K rose from the ashes. He has since stepped into a vital leadership role in medicine, working closely with political decision-makers to reshape the Canadian healthcare system.

His mission? To help individuals shift from prescription to prevention — a movement that’s now gaining real momentum, and earning the respect it deserves.

  • "Code Silent: The Unspoken Battle of First Responder Mental Health”
    Jul 14 2025

In this deeply personal solo episode, I open up about my own personal experience as a paramedic, while battling PTSD, anxiety, and depression. The painful reality of being met with silence, judgment, and isolation from the very community I served alongside.

I share the very call that sent me into a downward spiral of the unknown, in the face of an infectious disease exposure and then the mind-blowing events that happened after the call, which only intensified my risk.

This is a raw and honest look at the stigma surrounding mental health in emergency services — and why it's time we change the conversation and see the humanity within these professions. First Responders are human beings, not super humans.

  • Former Police Officer Suffering With PTSD -Was Saved By Psilocybin And Still Thriving 4 Years Later
    Jul 14 2025

After battling with PTSD and contemplating his own life - Danny a former police officer of 23 years, shares how Psilocybin Therapy saved him. He saw the retreat as his “last hope”, and what happened for him was “miraculous”. When he returned home, his family noticed his positive shift right away and he no longer suffered with the debilitating symptoms of his PTSD.

Fast forward 4 years later and Danny has come back to interview with me and share that this wasn’t just a retreat, it was a life altering decision that has forever changed him.

When Danny decided to try Psilocybin Therapy, he was very hesitant - like many people, he saw it as an illegal drug. He had no idea the massive impact it could have on his life, after his dark battle with PTSD. The most mind-blowing part of it all…he didn’t even have a “Trip”.

Danny is now an advocate for Psilocybin Therapy and encourages anyone who is struggling like he was to consider this therapy.

  • “When You Let Go Of Control - Life Starts To Flow Without Resistance"
    Jun 30 2025

Have you ever heard the term “surrender to the flow”? Too often we try to control every little detail of our life, like we have the true control over the outcome, when the truth is, we don’t. Keeping yourself small, safe and within in all of the parameters you have created, is actually just fear disguised as security. Fear of the unknown, fear of failure, fear of not being enough, but what if that control was actually just holding you back?

In this solo episode, I share through personal accounts of synchronicity and surrendering to life’s flow. When we begin to question our own limitations and start to push ourselves out of the comfort of our own box, something incredible happens; synchronicities appear, guidance shows up in expected ways and a once mundane day to day, becomes infinite and exciting. I teach you simple steps to start to break out of your own limitations.

This episode is your reminder that life is not working against you… it’s trying to align you.

  • “ Awakened in a cell” - A journey of Self Loathing to Love In One Miraculous Moment
    Jun 23 2025

It is very rare that a homeless, addict ever recovers. The cumulative trauma too deep and the addiction too strong - like a freight train coming at you 100 miles an hour. Justin Wood, is an anomaly and after a 23 year battle with addiction, living on Hastings Street in Vancouver, Canada, known to be one of the worst streets for homelessness in North America, he found himself in a prison cell. While in his cell, something miraculous happened, something that you only see in the movies. He fully surrendered himself, saying one statement that caused an energy to surge through his entire being, like electricity, from his feet to this head and he heard a quiet whisper “This is peace, this is love”. Since that day he has become a thought leader and teacher of radical self love and compassion.

Was is it mystical? How can a man be changed overnight from a death-hold addiction; On the streets to running 2 companies and a millionaire in just 5 years? This story is inspiring, powerful and leaves you questioning everything you ever thought about addiction or what is important in this life.

  • Breaking Up With The Person You Love, “A Love Story About Living in Your Truth"
    Jun 16 2025

In this solo episode I share the painful story when I had to break my own heart to leave my best friend and husband, as an act of self love. In many relationship endings, they can be dramatic and there is no other option, as a result of infidelity, betrayal or a cycle of fighting that is beyond repair.

In my case, I had been shrinking myself to fit this relationship and trying to keep our love alive. Until one day, someone walked into my life, that changed my lens, helping to magnify the truth of my marriage and my complacency within myself. This, forcing me into one of the most gut wrenching and difficult decisions of my life, ending my marriage after only 18 months after we said “I DO”, a 7 year partnership I couldn’t imagine living without.
