After battling with PTSD and contemplating his own life - Danny a former police officer of 23 years, shares how Psilocybin Therapy saved him. He saw the retreat as his “last hope”, and what happened for him was “miraculous”. When he returned home, his family noticed his positive shift right away and he no longer suffered with the debilitating symptoms of his PTSD.

Fast forward 4 years later and Danny has come back to interview with me and share that this wasn’t just a retreat, it was a life altering decision that has forever changed him.

When Danny decided to try Psilocybin Therapy, he was very hesitant - like many people, he saw it as an illegal drug. He had no idea the massive impact it could have on his life, after his dark battle with PTSD. The most mind-blowing part of it all…he didn’t even have a “Trip”.

I share a personal story of deep grief and sadness when I had to leave my husband/best-friend and lost my rescue dog all in the same week. I had to learn to rebuilt what had burned down, from the ground up - starting with an empty house, an air mattress and a can of paint.

Those times in our life that we are taken to our knees, are not an accident, they are meant to force us to grow or choose a new direction. If you zoomed out of your life and you saw all of your challenges on a projector screen, you would actually see the light that was birthed from each one.

Nothing is an accident, everything is by design.
