In the current Nevada legislative session, there are several housing and real estate related bills agents need to be aware of.
We believe some of these bills are exactly what the state needs in order to keep our housing market healthy.
Other bills, on the other hand, might do more harm than good and actually end up hurting the market and ultimately, the consumer.

What are the implications of each bill? In this episode, Legislative Chair and Treasurer at Nevada REALTORS®, Azim Jessa returns to give us the latest update on the legislative session.
