    1. You are afraid, lacking confidence.
      1. Gen Alpha children, especially teens, need strong, confident role models. They will find somewhere, so why not be that positive role model who actually knows their names and cares instead of them following some rando on social media only looking for views, likes, and subscribes. 2. You go away from where you are needed

  • Teachers Arrested: Will You be next with Gen Alpha students? (Summer Series)
    Jul 10 2025
In this engaging PD Session, we delve into the complexities faced by modern educators, from the challenges of maintaining authority in the classroom to the alarming trend of teacher arrests. Drawing inspiration from the teachings of the Bible, particularly Romans 5:6-9, listeners are guided on how to maintain their integrity and peace of mind while navigating the school year. Key takeaways include the importance of inviting the Holy Spirit into the classroom, practicing daily reflection through scripture, and being a Christ-like influence in the educational environment. This episode serves as a spiritual and practical resource for teachers aiming to create a positive impact without compromising their values. Another Educator arrested… Objective: I can & will understand what I must do to not get arrested as a teacher Biblical Base: ROMANS 5:6-8 || Word of the Week: JUSTIFIED …you know what it probably started with teens calling teachers by their first name which show being a teacher is difficult. Gen Alpha has been so disrespectful to any authority especially in the classroom. These years we have teachers yelling at students (especially middle school teachers), and then THAT’S HISTORY. On the other end, teachers get arrested by there being a teen becoming the teacher’s pet like on one of those funny teacher videos. There is always some jerma teacher noise as if it’s a “That’s my boy” teacher scene. Teachers get reprimanded for some of the most insane things, when the students/kids/teens/parents involved should actually be receiving the consequence or reprimand. However, arrests do come. That’s why you can hear many in the teacher fight video online comments saying, “I couldn’t be a teacher. I’d be in jail. I wish a child did cuss me out in the middle of the day, I’d be in prison.” It takes another caliber of patience, power, and inner peace to weather the storm that is called modern day public education. In this PD session you’ll learn from the Most Highly Effective educator how NOT to get arrested when you are teaching. This is especially for those that say, “I want to be a teacher!” or wondering, “Should I become a teacher?” David Prof McDuffie reads the Bible, teaching us line by line how to stay sane and free this upcoming school year. ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST AS LORD OF YOUR LIFE John 14:15 reads “If you love me, keep my commands. 3. READ THE BIBLE, MEDITATE ON IT, PRAY & WAIT DAILY 4. INVITE THE HOLY SPIRIT INTO YOUR CLASSROOM ...... John 14:16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— That other advocate is in verse 17 of John 14 “the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you + will be in you.Sinners can’t accept the Holy Spirit, only believers. The Spirit of Truth (holy spirit) will be with you while you teach comforting you, providing guidance/support; teaching you through everyday happenings in your classroom, reminding you of what Jesus stated in His WordA pivotal activity the Spirit of Truth does is CONVICTS US of our sin from the thought and pondering stage, during, AND after the sin is committed. WHY IS THAT GOOD? If you are listening, it may have crossed your mind to do some action that is against the school policy or the law, especially in public title 1 schools. I’m guilty too! It’s not just you, teacher friend. When you invite the holy spirit into your classroom, he leads you to trust that Jesus can knock sense into that child instead of you. He also leads you to repentance, bringing you closer to God where there is unexplainable peace & fullness of joy. If you follow daily 1-4, you will not only prevent being arrested, but free students and parents from the mental prisons they place themselves in.

  • Save Yourself! Teachers have ZERO Value. (Summer series)
    Jul 3 2025

Spit on. Punched. Silenced. Insulted. Lied on. Welcome to the Male Educator Podcast where REAL TEACHERS find REAL SOLUTIONS from a REAL JESUS. This day in July starts a mini-series called “The Place Value of Teachers”

Objective: I can & will Save MYSELF as a Teacher. Biblical Base: JOHN 12:24 || Word of the Week: Value

Mark 23:37: "And even the rulers were sneering at Him, saying, 'He saved others; let Him save Himself if this is the Christ of God, His Chosen One.'" Matthew 27:42-43 / Mark 15:30 / Luke 23:37,39

“Why would a Great Teacher decide to NOT SAVE HIM/HERSELF?” John 12:24 English Standard Version Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit. Whoever loves his life loses it, and whoever hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. If anyone serves me, he must follow me; and where I am, there will my servant be also. If anyone serves me, the Father will honor him.

How does this help me teach? Mark 8:35: "For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever is willing to lose for this world will have life." If you quit teaching before you know in your heart you are supposed to, then you will lose the life you were meant to have. You’ll have a job and keep existing, but as the weeks go by you’ll know that something is extremely different. Even with a huge pay raise, your life will not be fulfilling as it was.

As you are in service to God, the Father honors on Earth AND in Heaven. On Earth you receive provision (your family will not go hungry!) In my situation, I have not been evicted from my home and for 7 months I was earning $40 per week. * Do you choose to stay on your cross until you produce fruit? OR * Do you love your life so much that you are willing to lose it for eternity?

EXIT TICKET: To re-evaluate your PASSION Ask yourself,

“Do I want LIFE & BEAR FRUIT in my school?

OR "Do I want to save myself from the EPIC power and miracles that will occur by submitting to God's will for my life?"
