They will find somewhere, so why not be that positive role model who actually knows their names and cares instead of them following some rando on social media only looking for views, likes, and subscribes.    1. You quit, when you are needed for a certain class
   2. You stay, when you are needed elsewhere
3. You hide your talent from others.
