"Unleash the Power of Your Hidden Talents"

Join my teacher spiritual leader David Prof. McDuffie in this empowering episode of The Male Educator Podcast as he delves into the importance of recognizing and utilizing your unique talents as an educator. Drawing inspiration from the biblical tale of the one talent, this PD session emphasizes overcoming fear and embracing courage to make a meaningful impact in the classroom and beyond. Put the fries in the teacher bag, Bruh.

David highlights the critical role teachers play in nurturing and growing young talents, encouraging educators to share their gifts with the world. Teachers pay teachers to transform their teaching journey. Learn to avoid the pitfalls of fear & hesitation and discover practical strategies to become a beacon of light for your students, colleagues, and community.

With a HIGH KEY focus on personal growth and professional development, no teacher shirts, no Verizon or Nike teacher discounts, teacher lanyards, no lakeshore deals, teacher planners, nor teacher outfits will save you more or have a lasting impact this school year. This PD session is low key a call to action for all educators to harness their innate abilities and stay committed to their mission, ultimately contributing to a brighter future for the generations to come.

= R E C A P = You are a lazy or wicked teacher if…

  1. You are afraid, lacking confidence.
    1. Gen Alpha children, especially teens, need strong, confident role models. They will find somewhere, so why not be that positive role model who actually knows their names and cares instead of them following some rando on social media only looking for views, likes, and subscribes. Build your self-confidence, and if you need help join the “Last Teachers at School” facebook group
  2. You go away from where you are needed
    1. You quit, when you are needed for a certain class
    2. You stay, when you are needed elsewhere
  3. You hide your talent from others.
    1. Yes, you may not be able to do everything awesomely, but you do do something spectacularly. SHARE IT with others!
