Dark Shower Nights

  • Summary

  • How well do you know yourself? No, really? I'm no psychologist, but the best way to really get to know yourself is by spending time with yourself. What better way to do this than taking dark showers?! When you take dark showers, your mind is set free like a dog without a leash. The thoughts of your heart can surface without distractions or constant external interruptions. Your mind is being stimulated in healthy and creative ways, leading you to your true self. With this podcast, I seek to do two things. The first is to allow people to share their stories and who they truly are with the world. Secondly and most importantly, I want to help people on their self-discovery journey all while recreating themes from the most underrated psychological tool, the "Dark Shower".
