Furthermore, children who can control their emotions have greater flexibility in their thinking and higher focus, impulse control, and problem-solving abilities. Not at all what the title suggests

Narration made the book difficult to follow. Very technical for a book with the appearance of a helpful source. Not a helpful book at all.
