Publisher's Summary

This is a book that every person who has ever needed hope and guidance should listen to. In short, it will change your life, and give you inspiration to accomplish anything you set your mind to.

Listen for just a few minutes, and you will be hooked and determined to finish the entire book.

About the author:
Clayton Prince is best known as the reggae singing boyfriend of Denise Huxtable (Lisa Bonet) on The Cosby Show and Seaweed from John Waters' classic film Hairspray and the movie The Last Dragon, but very few people know that Clayton Prince is also a black belt in Shotokan Karate and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. He even volunteered to patrol the rough and tough streets of NYC with The NYC Guardian Angels with Curtis Sliwa while he was a contract regular on the NBC soap opera, Another World, putting his martial arts pedigree to a real world test. This book is a reflection of his philosophies and beliefs, as well as people such as Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, Bruce Lee and Marcus Aurelius just to name a few.
