About this listen

Cortisol Reduction (111 Hz)

This sound meditation is tuned to 111 Hertz, a frequency known to help lower cortisol levels, the primary hormone responsible for stress. As you listen, the soothing vibrations work to calm your nervous system, helping to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. This frequency is ideal for those seeking relief from the pressures of daily life, creating a sense of inner peace and balance.

Welcome to a remarkable sonic journey through distinct healing frequencies, each designed to offer therapeutic benefits and unlock your innate potential for holistic well-being.

At the heart of sound healing lies the phenomenon of resonance. This occurs when a system vibrates at its natural state in response to an external stimulus of the same frequency. Every part of the human body—organs, tissues, and cells—has its own, unique natural frequency. When we introduce specific sound frequencies to the body, they interact with these natural vibrations, creating a resonance effect that influences us on multiple levels: physical, mental, emotional, and even energetic.

Love it and works well for me. Quite amazing I actually got my planned morning done without drifting off and doing something else that wasn’t on the list! Keeps my adhd mind in one place! So thumbs up for me!

My only complaint is I wish it was optional to skip or delete the Intro with the lady's voice explaining the Hz etc. Not necessary and it's annoying.

One of my favourites. I listen to this twice over and find it soothing and very effective. Good when stressed.

sorry, but this sounds like a train screeching it's brakes mixed in with other annoying noises.. I feel it increased my cortisol.

I'm in a really stressful job, and having had cancer in the past I know how important it is to properly manage my stress and cortisol levels.

This really works for me. Yes it doesn't sound great, but if you listen to it all the way through you'll find something just subliminally clicks in your brain and removes the stress. I don't know what it is or works, but it does work.

I read up about it subsequently, and it's about subliminally convincing your brain everything is okay. It's actually freaky how well it works for me.

This is freaky how well it works to reduce built up stress
