About this listen
Resonating with the body's natural circadian rhythms, this frequency promotes relaxation and sleep readiness while enhancing the production of melatonin, the sleep hormone, while decreasing sleep latency (the time it takes to fall asleep). It's also associated with delta brainwave activity, which predominates during deep, restorative sleep stages.

It’s become so effective that when I lay down, merely thinking of how I feel when it’s playing relaxes me and prepares me for sleep much quicker than I could before I began using the sound therapy.
I admit I was quite skeptical when I found it in Audible and the woman’s voice at the beginning grated the first time I listened BUT I kept listening and fell asleep. I’ve come to accept that the voice and words are an integral part of the sound therapy for sleep. AND I would recommend to anyone having trouble sleeping. Also, get yourself checked for sleep apnea. There are a range of things available to reduce it if you have it.
It put me to sleep 5 stars
