Save your money...
Not only is it very, very short, most of the info even a beginner would. What's worse is some of the advice is out dated and been proven wrong. For example, running on an empty stomach. Studies have been done and proven at best you will gain zero results in fat burning. At worst and most likely, you will burn muscle. This book is not, ummmm good!
