Most Concise Book about Project Management Ever
This is the most comprehensive book on project management I have ever seen. I purchased the audio book so I could listen to it on the way to and from work, but I believe I will be purchasing the print book since it is such a valuable reference tool. This book teaches you what project management is, all the strategies, techniques, procedures, analysis and includes different documents needed for project management and what needs to be on them. It tells you everything that is needed to produce a successful project from beginning to completion. It tells you what you need to produce to close the project, how to manage the people on the team, every conceivable step to a project, tools you can use and how to evaluate the project during and after it is done. The book details the qualities of a project manager and if you don’t have those qualities, how you can develop them. The book explains who does what in a team and where to find information needed to complete a project. I had no idea that there was so much to project management and this book will definitely help me to manage projects, and life in general, better

Project Management Demystified
Great overview of the field of project management! Highly impressed with the way this multifaceted discipline is broken into understandable and applicable segments. Comprehensive in scope. but not at all overwhelming, this book seems to be working to help the reader grasp the common-sense wisdom behind the various facets of project management. It breaks down each stage of a project, giving clear descriptions of what is involved and explaining along the way each document that is produced, each communication that is necessary, and the key relationships that are involved.
Anyone tackling a project of any size would benefit from reading this book.

Project management - planning wisely!
‘Project Management’ by Susan Hollister is a very quick and easy guide how to planning, completing and evaluating your projects. It doesn’t matter how big is your project and how many staff you need to give them tasks. I enjoy this audiobook, especially when running a small business and it helps me to improve my organization skills. I like the most the table of contests about your feedback and time management. Great narrator helps me to focus on the content. Good planning strategy starts with job description and tools that you need. Is good to visualise it as chart or table of contents or network diagrams. Very important is time analysis and financial calculation. So is worth to step by step organize your income and costs.
