Good Sound Quality

But in this simple book you actually learn what to do. Nowhere else that I've seen will you find such a concise set of instructions (there aren't many). Without this book, I would have assumed I just don't get it and quit. Probably in the first week or so.

Good Thinking

started. Although this book is small,it describes some of the methods in good detail . I would recommend this book to anyone starting out meditation for the first time.
