Valuable life information, This will help!!!

This audio-book has a lot of valuable knowledge about it. However, I wouldn't recommend the audio-book because there's so much to be said about it that washes over you and it's hard to keep. Slowly and carefully, this needs to be heard and re-listened, it is very important and life changing, just make sure you understand it at your own pace.
