A good source

Already read and loved Love Your Body Every Day from the same author and narrator. Like it as well
Good written and narrated, love Rachel Leblang's voice. I highly recommend this book to anyone, but especially to someone struggling with weight, diabetes, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, neurological disorders, alzheimers, cancer or anything!

Loved it!

"it's not all about weight loss". I knew keto was a good way to eat, but I had no idea how many syndromes, diseases, and even cancers that can be reversed through a clean keto diet.
As I read, I found the answers to why I wasn't feeling right and how to fix it! It's only been a few days, but I'm already feeling better. If you're looking into the ketogenic diet, this book should definitely be where you start! Highly recommended!!

This book is very helpful and easy to understand. I found this book full of tips and advice I will use..This is an essential guide for everyone. there are no restrictions as far as this category of foods is concerned. fatty fist is particularly popular in a ketogenic lifestyle. salmon, mackerl, or tuna are great options. of course, wild caught fish is always the best option since breading fish will be higher in carbs. The author did an excellent job.

Good book. Lots of quick simple recipes. I like that it gives nutritional information per serving but I dislike that it doesn't tell you how many servings each recipe yields. It's not hard to figure out though.

I really enjoyed this cookbook! I was a little hesitant about the fad of keto but this book had simple, creative, fun recipes that make trying out vegan keto a breeze. It has tons of ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with macros to make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need.
