a good review

I loved the story. listened for a straight ten hours. i do agree when others say it is a bit slow in the middle and makes you want to stop. The ending is a bit anti climatice but its a series and almost all series are like that. overall it was a really interesting book. the sample does no justice to the reader. i do admit at the beginning i was annoyed by the way she changed voices but afterwards i found it captivating. it was read wonderfully. although the way she does daniels voice was a little annoying. but besides that she read it wonderfully with the emotions and following the actions. i could see it unfolding in front of my eyes. good book!

Great experience

Never listened to an audio book before so I decided to give it a try. It's really good. I've read this book many times before but it was even better listening to it in audio form.

Good story narrator let it down

I enjoyed the story, and couldn’t put it down, however the narrator didn’t get my imagination flowing and I feel as if this let it down a little.
Still a beautiful story and I will continue reading
The hard cover books.

Fabulous

TBH although I own many audio books I usually switch to reading because it doesn't captivate me enough to hold steady for longer than I'd take to read the novels however I floved Justine's narration so much that I finally did!!! Not only does she clearly discern the characters with great voice changes but she is also simply easy to listen to. Fallen is of course written exquisitely and it piqued my imagination with wonderful descriptors. Great work ladies!

Didn't fall in love with this book

Is there anything you would change about this book?

The book was so slow & barely gave anything away. The big reveal is left till right at the end with to many unanswered questions.

Would you be willing to try another book from Lauren Kate? Why or why not?

The story was written well but didn't have any big moments scattered throughout to keep me interested. If I was bored I may pick up the next instalment.

Any additional comments?

Needed mini cliff hangers scattered through out to keep you really interested. At the start reminded me of a better written version of Twilight. Didn't really like any of the characters to care enough to be invested in what happened to them. Justine Eyre did a good job as narrator.
