I wished I had listened to this sooner

I have read and listened to many books and podcasts in the space of habits and breakthrough, and i thought this would be one of the same same. Boy I was wrong. the way the content is broken down and how each strategies are built upon one foundation after another, actually help my understanding in a simple terms how we can recognise the self sabotage and breakthrough. the speaker shared the content in an engaging and interesting tone, U can never get bored. this would be one audio I will listen over and over again. in fact I have recommended this audio to many of my friends!

Best self help Podcast

I love this podcast. I highly recommend you take the time to listen to it. We all have something that held us back from being our best self. Thank you Rebecca Ray for making it so informative, entertaining , realistic and providing easy to follow step by step formula. I especially love that you remind us to" be kind to ourselves" all the time. I think this is the key to successfully change our habits. I am grateful to have found this and thank you Audible for making it free and accessible.

Life Changing!!!

I have struggled with emotional eating most of my life. I used food to numb my emotions. After listening to this podcast, I can honestly say that I have learned to accept my feelings of discomfort and choose the action that aligns with my values. I no longer run from my feelings or try to fight my negative thoughts, I simply acknowledge the thought and move past it. Dr. Ray, I cannot thank you enough! This podcast has been a blessing in my life.

Absolute Perfection

I LOVE this podcast! It's aptly titled: Dr. Ray presents well-ordered information on how to break through self-sabotage. Everything she says is useful, interesting, and strikes a chord in me. She also has a pleasant voice to listen to. The only terrible thing is that it's not available for purchase. (Audible, PLEASE make this available through credit or purchase!!!) It's the kind of podcast I want to listen to over and over. If you've ever thought to yourself, "Why am I my own worst enemy/why do I sabotage myself, and how can I stop doing this?" this is the listen for you.

I like Dr Rebecca enthusiasm

It's OK, I've finished it and it's not one of the best reads but I felt definitely loved through the book. Dr. Rebecca has a nice way of explaining and addressing to you, it feels warm and cozy.

Sounds Good!

This Podcast which I was listening to sounded really Interesting. Dr Rebecca Ray started asking questions, so I uploaded it til a much better time. It sounds like a really helpful self help book and I think it will help me alot. She has a good narration voice as well.

I wish I heard this 5 years ago

when I started my journey of change. Simple and clear explanations on how our brain works with helpful exercises. That's exactly what my ADHD brains need. Basicaly all self help books (I've had read too many of them!) concised in 10 lessons. Thank you Rebecca.

A very helpful book!!

Blah blah blah

Terrible voice projection, lame context that few are able to implement.

I listened to hours of this and can remember almost nothing. I found my mind drifting off after 45 seconds of listening to the voice. Soporific. No impact. No presence.


Just poor on so many levels
