Trachelle Thomas M.Ed., LPC is a teacher turned school counselor that began to embark on a journey of restoration and healing. Her life experiences, academic achievement, and interactions with others helped shape the outcome of the book. She believes that mental health and wellness is the key to wholeness; therefore, she is on a mission to infect the world with the tools needed to overcome and heal.
