this is where the narrator's make the book. Mason Lloyd is still as brilliant with his dead pan inflections to the language barrier but now, Hollie Jackson has to work harder. Keira's character is quiet, sad and retrospective, unlike Georgie and Liz where their sarcasm is hysterical.
the storyline holds more angst than the others due to ....(no spoliers) what happens and this is where Keira has to strengthen and hollie narrates this course nicely.
the world is building nicely around us as we listen to each story and I wonder how far Ruby has this planet evolving... from the length of the series, I'd say a lot..... enjoying each little introduction of new ...things and ideas.
I prefer Liz's character more so than Keira's so this adventure was better as far as storyline as it had...stuff ...happening but the heroine..to quiet, however she did need the hero to be as he is in order to fit with her persona...so way to write Ruby...but Bring back a sassy woman with wit and sarcasm, just love the way you write it.

This is one of my favourite book in this series, I love Kira her sadness because she was told as a young girl she is barren and and terrified that they might cast her out when they found out she can't have kids *kits* Enters Aehako fun flirty and handsome who likes Kira and made her a courting gift lol you just have to read or listen to find out what the gift is and you won't be sorry hehe. Hollie Jackson is one of my top female (top 5) narrators she is incredible and her voice is amazingly versatile. Mason Lloyd in wow has a voice that makes my toes curl its swoon worthy. thanks guys for bringing this book alive and I'm happy and lucky to be a part of the journey. xx

I loved this one! It's a bit different to the first 2 with more emotions, but it really added to the story. It was super sweet, but still showing how strong these woman are. They are a super cute couple 🥰

This couple is so sweet together and the barbarian is so cheeky and loving - I love all the books but this one has a great plot about the other awful aliens getting what they deserve!

I love the whole series! Fantastic world building that describes how stranded modern humans integrate into a tribal culture of tall, hot, and build, matter of fact aliens - all wrapped up with a steamy sexy sweet romance. The characters are all unique throughout the whole series. Some books have more action then others, which focus more on tribal life and personal struggles. I can't even pick one book as my favourite - I'm afraid you'll have to read them all including the spin off series 'Ice Home'. Fantastic male/ female narrators too.

Did I know I was into alien romance? No. Am I disappointed that it turns out I am? Also no.
I'm not a huge fan of the prego-plots but the rest of the story is so much fun I don't mind it!

Loved this story, I was hooked from the beginning! Aehako and Kira are now my favourite main characters in this series. The story revolves around their courtship and Aehako was one determined male! There were some very funny moments between the two that made me laugh out loud😂
Along with the romance and spice, there were some tense moments when Kira sensed the return of the original alien abductors and so made it her mission to ensure that they could never harm her or the other humans again, no matter the cost. Luckily she had a very devoted male by her side.
The performance by the narrators was excellent and helped visualise the story beautifully! 😍😍😍😍😍
