It should have been a one-night stand. 

I never intended to seduce Taushen, but things happened. I don't dwell on the past and while it was great, I'm not looking for a relationship. Of course, try telling that to Taushen. Ok I have to be honest Brooke isn't one if my favourite human, the way she treated Taushen is mean but she redeemed herself in the end. Hollie and Mason are both brilliant in their narratives. Thank you guys.

I love the whole series! Fantastic world building that describes how stranded modern women integrate into a tribal culture of tall, hot, and build, matter of fact aliens - all wrapped up with a steamy sexy sweet romance. The characters are all unique throughout the whole series. Some books have more action then others, which focus more on tribal life and personal struggles. I can't even pick one book as my favourite - I'm afraid you'll have to read them all including the spin off series 'Ice Home'. Fantastic male/ female narrators for the audiobook version too.

Unfortunately Hollie 'dropped the ball' with this one. She made Ba-Brook sound very annoying and conceited.
I think Mason's interpretación of Brook was nicer.

I preferred Mason's narration.

Really average. Of all the FMCs in this series ba-brooke is the meanest. She is also incredibly immature, arrogant and not fun to read. The Barbarian can do better.

This is the same story told in book 14, but told from a different perspective. I didn't like this one. Its not fun.
