Torn from her loving home at a young age, Leah Carson was forced to grow up in the cold, cruel environment of her grandparents’ bakery in downtown Charlottesville, Virginia. Newly married and settled into her new home in Winchester, Virginia, Leah Brooks eagerly embarks on a promising new life beyond Carson’s Bakery. Her days are soon filled with family and ministry, surrounded by her sister Cynthia’s family and sweetened with the fulfillment of helping her husband William at the little downtown mission, Turning Point Corner.
