Leif Godwin ignited a fire inside me the first night I met him in Los Angeles. There is something about the dark stranger I can’t forget. I never thought I’d see him again, but when my art studio is broken into, my rock-star brother convinces me to spend the summer living at his Savannah mansion with my two children.
