I really enjoyed this overall, it was a reasonable read and kept me wanting to come back for more. I’m excited for the next books to see how the storylines progress!

The story over all was good but it just didn’t go as deep as I hoped it would. Not enough details on the Heathens. That part of the story seemed to be quite important but was not really introduced very well. I would also have like to see a bit more build up to the end of the story. It sadly felt a bit rushed.

I didn’t love the voice actors. They didn’t bring the depth and emotions to the characters that I hoped for…

I loved the story and the characters, i formed a connection with them and from the very start it drags you in and keeps you hooked the whole way through.

This one started slower for me I’m not sure why. But I knew so many people loved it and stuck with it… I’m glad I did.

By the 70% mark I was in love. I had no idea where it was going next, I didn’t guess anything. I was totally invested.

I’m now so attached to killian and glyn! I love their relationship how it all opened up. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

I found out after there is an earlier series about the parents, I’m keen to read those as I think these might hit harder.

It also took me a while to learn all of the characters in this book, but I feel like I’ve probably done the ground work now and the next books will flow a bit better as they’re based around a lot of these side characters.

Feels disjointed with the voice actors not voicing their character’s dialogue in other chapters. They only read their character’s pov chapters (inc. voicing other characters). I don’t like how this is done, should either be multiple actors playing their part in all chapters or one person voicing all. The change breaks the illusion.

The actors do a good job with their vocal changes and voicing different characters, just don’t like the when.

Overall it was a good book. I hate when they have the same person do the male and female voice in their chapter. So much better when they each read their part.

Killian was ok as a mmc, didn’t love or hate him. Glenden was a bit meh…. Nothing really there.
Wasn’t in love with them as a couple like some of the others.

More focus on mental health than the first runs Kent books

I am going insane listening to this audio. Why isn’t it duet? Therefore actors on this book I’m only in a few hours and I’m going insane listening to the girl do a man’s voice and the man doing the women’s voice is actually insane. Why aren’t they joined? How can it be that hard to sync the audio. I don’t know if I’ll be able to finish this book because it’s actually very frustrating to listen to such a popular book like this when so many other others are already mixed. I spent 14.95 on this and already wishing I just bought the Kindle version instead of the audio.. perhaps I’ll update my review after I finish the book in another 13 hours (if I make it)

I loved the characters in this. The narration threw me a bit especially when Kills dad sounded younger than him (maybe switch the voices) apart from that the story slaps hard and it's just what I needed after reading wild love.
