Dragged from Earth by capricious gods, a nameless man awakens in a world ruled by divine games and deadly monsters. With no answers and no way back, he chooses a new identity: Gilgamesh, a name of power, legend, and blood. Gilgamesh is no longer a slave, but freedom comes with a price. Still adapting to the savage world of Gesthe, he is tasked with escorting a secretive half-elf to Al-Lazar, the City of Dust. To complete his quest, he joins a caravan bound for the Whispering Wastes, a land of blistering heat where colossal sandworms reign. There, Gilgamesh will have to fight once more to survive ambushes, behemoths, and a growing power he barely understands. But the gods of this world are not finished with him, and neither are their zealous servants.

Gilgamesh has finally reached Al-Lazar, the legendary City of Dust. But what he finds is not salvation. It's rot wrapped in gold, and his companions are already coming apart at the seams. Rival houses carve the streets into killing grounds, fighting over Dust, a narcotic powerful enough to control guilds, bankroll armies, and turn people into property. And when the city comes for him, Gilgamesh realizes Al-Lazar doesn't welcome outsiders. But Gilgamesh is not who he used to be. He has power now. Real power. And for the first time, he doesn't have to endure. He can rule.
