Today we are joined by Sabine Elbert from the Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta! Sabine is the Intake Director for the rescue, and in the episode she talks a bit about how she landed at the rescue, the work she and the rescue conducts, and the importance of supporting your local animal shelter.

I was connected to Sabine through my Atlanta-Area-Guide, Tom, during my walk across America. Tom adopted his Great Pyrenees, Normandy, from the rescue a few years. When I saw how amazing Normandy and Tom interacted, I just knew I HAD to get someone from the rescue on the show!
