This week's episode I am talking about my transition from two locations back to one and how the dreams I had 5 years ago are not the dreams that I have now and it's okay to change your mind! This journey can be extremely frustrating when you have so many people watching your journey but do not let the criticism get you down. From going to our studio to another location and potentially moving out I decided to listen to my intuition because she’s never wrong. I hope for some of you this finds your comfort if you are as indecisive as I am. At the end of the day it will all work out!

Now does your esthetician do this ?  Make sure if you are a client to look out for these signs of proper appearance and health and safety.  With basically training in a boot camp in England for a cruise ship, I learned the ins and outs of Sanitation as well as appearance, some that have stuck with me throughout my career.  Whether you're a new esthetician or just need a little bit more motivation here are some easy appearance strategies that may boost your confidence and overall work ethic.

Today we are going to be speaking with Joelle Boyd who I've had the privilege of meeting at the Bush Balm event most recently.  According to Joelle is a business providing services such as makeup, dermaplaning and body sugaring in the West End of Ottawa.  We clicked right away. As a full body sugarista I commend her on her fully booked clientele and we will dive deep into what sugaring is about why  you will get better results  than waxing.  It is so important to stay humble in this industry and we clicked right away.  we're going to talk about some of our favorite brands and some of the pros and cons of sugaring versus waxing.
