    What I know is I am glad they exist now and I know the women in that group are blessed to have support.

    On today's episode you will meet Tina Marie. Tina Marie is an amazing young woman whose story reminded me of the importance of support and therapy. We were created for community and Tina Marie is an example of advocating for self and asking for what she needs.
