  • Summary

  • Today we are talking all about the phenomenon that is sleep paralysis. Before 2022, I had never experienced sleep paralysis, but now, sleep paralysis has become a very normal occurrence happening once every two months. Sometimes it is nothing, I am awake for a second and I doze right back off, but other times it is downright frightening. But what is sleep paralysis? Why does it happen? Is it a spiritual experience, or just something that happens when you are overly tired?

Join Daniel and me as we discuss sleep paralysis, my personal experiences, and how we feel towards it scientifically verses spiritually.

If you have ever experienced sleep paralysis, I would love to talk to you! Please email me and let's have a conversation!
